Prizes to be won with the MyPlacementStory BU competition!

Whether you’re on placement at the moment, or have already had a great work placement as part of your course here at BU – past or present – you’re invited to share your story and how this has contributed to your time at BU, or your career since graduating.
Simply tell us about your placement experience by sharing a tweet, picture or video on Twitter or Instagram using #MyPlacementStory before 11pm on Sunday 26 February.

There’s some great prizes up for grabs including: a tailor-made work outfit, £250 towards a professional development course of your choice, £100 footwear voucher and one of two SportBU memberships – winners will be chosen at the end of February. Terms and conditions apply

The Careers Advisor team will be offering drop in advice (no need to book) in the Edge (outside the library) at the following times this week:-

  • Wednesday 22nd February – 10am – 12pm 
  • Thursday 23rd February – 1pm – 3pm
  • Friday 24th February – 2pm – 4pm
