Innovative technology company Dyson is set to create 3,000 jobs with a £250m expansion of its UK research & development base.
Construction work has already begun at the Malmesbury headquarters in Wiltshire. The first new building of the expansion is set to open early in 2016 and will house laboratories for research & development of future technologies.
The company, best known for its vacuum-cleaning technology, has also invested £200m in new facilities in South-East Asia to test, commercialise and manufacture its new technology.
It is currently recruiting for 300 new hardware, software and robotics specialists to strengthen its UK engineering team.
